By accessing or using TolkTime (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MythSpark LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mythspark.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Service or its underlying technology
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure or security
5. Translation Accuracy
TolkTime uses AI-powered real-time translation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication in legally binding, medical, or safety-critical contexts.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content within TolkTime are the property of MythSpark LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or professional communication purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MythSpark LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
