What we do not collect:

• We do not record, store, or analyze the audio content of your conversations
• Voice and translation data is processed in real time and is not saved to our servers

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the Service and calculate usage
• Process payments and send receipts
• Send service-related communications
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve the performance and reliability of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

We share your data only where necessary:

• Payment processor— to handle billing securely
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, under data processing agreements
• Law enforcement or regulators— when required by law

Account and usage data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus up to 2 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

TolkTime is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. For users in the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer safeguard.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

EU/EEA/UK users (GDPR/UK GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

To make a data request, email support@mythspark.com with the subject “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

TolkTime uses minimal cookies required for session authentication and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us at support@mythspark.com if you believe a child has submitted their data.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
